Tuna Cabbage Salad
- One 5 oz can of tuna, drained
- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
- ¼ cup minced chives
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Shred tuna with a fork and mix thoroughly with the chopped cabbage.
2. Stir in the chives, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve immediately as a salad or use as a sandwich filler.
