Swiss Chard Hummus Wraps

This combination of Swiss chard, garlicky hummus, and fresh veggies creates a light and delicious snack, or even a meal. For a different (more bitter) taste, the chard can be replaced with collard greens or kale. For the filling, take advantage of any seasonal vegetables available to enjoy the freshest taste possible.

  1. Rinse and dry the Swiss chard. Chop off the stem and shave the thicker part of it to help make rolling-up easier.
  2. Spread a layer of hummus and veggies on top of the leaf, roll it up and secure it with toothpicks, if necessary. Enjoy!
