Soy & Coconut Kale Chips

These chips are a perfect combination of crispy and subtly sweet. They only require 5 minutes of prep time before baking them in the oven!


  • 1 bunch stemmed kale
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut


1. Heat oven to 300˚ F
2. Rub the kale with the oil and the soy sauce. Toss with the coconut on two baking sheets.
3. Roast, tossing and rotating the sheets halfway through, until crispy, 15 to 17 minutes.
