Quick Grated Root Salad

A wonderful way to use any root vegetables you may have. Eat alone or use as a tasty topping.   

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Radishes
  • 1 or 2 Beets*
  • 2 carrots
  • Use any combination of root veggies you have on hand
  • Oil and Vinegar OR dressing of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grate or shred all vegetables. Combine in a large bowl.
2. Add Oil and Vinegar or dressing of choice to taste and mix.

The longer this mix sits the more the tastes will combine.
