Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine the olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
- Stir vigorously until the ingredients are well blended.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
