Maple Dijon Vinaigrette


  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Combine the olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir vigorously until the ingredients are well blended.
