Storage Tips

  • Eat soon (up to 1 week)
  • Store in a plastic bag for up to a week.
  • To freeze: Wash, slice, blanch 1 min, cool & dry. Place in a plastic bag to freeze. 

Easy Ways to Use

  • Remove green top, slice in half and rinse. 
  • Roast with other vegetables, use in place of green onions, mix into soups and stews or use as garnish.
