These chips are a perfect combination of crispy and salty. They only require 5 minutes of prep time before baking them in the oven!
- 1 bunch stemmed kale
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Heat oven to 350F
- Remove stems from kale.
- Chop kale into 1 inch (chip size) pieces.
- In large bowl, drizzle kale with the oil; add salt to taste.
- Toss and lay on a large cookie sheet (it is helpful to line with parchment paper)
- Roast, tossing and rotating the sheets halfway through, until crispy, 10-12 minutes.
