Kale Chips

These chips are a perfect combination of crispy and salty. They only require 5 minutes of prep time before baking them in the oven!


  • 1 bunch stemmed kale
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Remove stems from kale.
  3. Chop kale into 1 inch (chip size) pieces.
  4. In large bowl, drizzle kale with the oil; add salt to taste.
  5. Toss and lay on a large cookie sheet (it is helpful to line with parchment paper)
  6. Roast, tossing and rotating the sheets halfway through, until crispy, 10-12 minutes.
