Honey Mustard Dressing and Marinade

Honey Mustard dressing is a versatile dip, dressing, or marinade. Use on all of those greens you get in your share or as a marinade on chicken or pork.

• ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
• ¼ Cup Honey
• ¼ Cup Cider Vinegar
• ¼ Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• Black Pepper to taste

1. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until the honey is fully incorporated. Adjust sweetness (honey) or sourness (vinegar).
2. Keep for up to 3 weeks in the fridge in an airtight jar.
