How to Grill Like a Pro

Follow these quick and easy tips and you’ll be grilling in no time!
1. Make sure that you clean your grill (especially the rack) well before cooking.
2. Oil the rack before heating to prevent food from sticking. Make sure not to overdo it on the oil to prevent flare-ups!
3. The area of fire has to be wider than the size of the food you’re grilling.
4. Preheat charcoal grill for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Wait until fire dies down to glowing coals to put food on.
5. Preheat gas grills for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
6. Consider investing in a vegetable grilling pan to place on the grill for easy delicious veggies!
