Easy Pesto Pizza


 1 batch pizza dough
 1 batch pesto 
 Any veggies (kales, tomatoes, squash, peppers, onions, etc.)
 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 Olive oil to coat the pan & drizzling


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Spread the dough out on an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet. Make sure that it is evenly spread and not too thin or thick. Take a fork and poke holes all over the dough for air flow.
3. Spread a thin, even layer of pesto over the dough. Sprinkle cheese evenly and then add all of your veggies. Drizzle the top with olive oil.
4. Place in oven and cook for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on it because times may vary! It is ready when the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
